The service standards that we constantly strive to meet are as follows:

When you call us at 1800 738 4622 during our operating hours (Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm; Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm), we aim to attend to your call within 30 seconds.

When you send us your feedback and comments through email (mewr_feedback@mewr.gov.sg), fax or postal mail, we aim to acknowledge your email or letter within 1 working day (from the date of receipt) and respond to your inquiries within 3 working days. If more time is needed, we will provide an interim reply within 3 working days and follow up with a full reply within 14 working days.
